We will be loading, unloading trailers, as well as setting up and tearing down chairs, tents, tables, etc at HHH rest stop. Friday, August 22, 5-6pm: A team of 4-6 people are needed at the church on Cedar Elm to load supplies into the trailer. Saturday, August 23, 7-9am: A team of 8-10 are needed at Rest Stop #7 to unload and set-up chairs, tables, tents and trash cans, etc. Saturday, August 23, 12-2pm: A team of 8-10 are needed at Rest Stop #7 to tear down and load everything back into the trailer. Saturday, August 23, 130-3pm: A team of 8-10 is needed at the church on Cedar Elm to unload the trailer after the event. If you are volunteering for this project, you can also volunteer for the main HHH rest stop project, or you can volunteer during specific times as noted above. Please specify your preference so that we have enough volunteers to cover all of the times that need to be covered. Thank you.
